Carrie holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and brings a steady, client-centered approach to every residential project she leads. Her construction experience is rooted in hands-on coordination with architects, boutique builders, engineers, and design teams—ensuring that homeowners feel supported, informed, and genuinely represented from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
Before founding HearthStone, Carrie spent more than 15 years in international sales and marketing, managing complex initiatives across global markets. That chapter sharpened the professionalism, communication discipline, and work ethic she is known for today. She has also built deep experience supporting home additions, kitchen and bath renovations, new construction, and thoughtfully coordinated landscape projects. Together, these experiences shaped her belief that trust is built through clarity, preparation, and follow-through—principles she now brings to every home project.
